With our continued goal of providing a quality health and wellness plan for members of the association and their families, we are excited to offer a plan with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas effective October 1, 2021.
As a member of the NVMA, you are eligible* to enroll for a January 1, 2022 effective date if you have experienced 1 of 5 life events. Renewal of your current coverage is considered a life event. A summary of benefits as well as an enrollment form may be obtained below.
*Due to Federal guidelines, eligibility in the NVMA health and wellness plan has changed for the current plan year. To be eligible, you must be an employer. This means that you must have at least one other person on your payroll in a full or part-time position and your employees must be offered the opportunity to enroll in the plan, regardless of whether they actually choose to enroll.
